Responsibilities:
To manage all goods procurement activities including bidding process (tender, direct selection and direct appointment), in order to ensure procurement process is conducted in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations and provided material/goods meet stakeholders’ expectation within cost recovery standards and minimum risk exposure.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Legal or Engineeringor Economic
- Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas industry with minimum 5 years of working experiences in supply chain activities
- Having good understanding of the nature of supply chain activities, especially procurement process
- Certified BPMIGAS PTK-007 (Procurement and Supply Chain Guideline)
- Having good negotiation skill
- Having proper understanding of market sector, business strategy/demand management, contract selection, contract execution, and SPM
- Familiar with Bid Document and Contract Development
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Windows 7, Oracle, SAP, and Maximo
This position will be located in Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ).
